๐Ÿ’ When I know we will be rushing in the morning, and I don’t have time to work out, these popsicle sticks help to keep me accountable.

๐Ÿ’ They are easy to make! Write down 40 of your favorite exercises on the sticks, and decorate 2 mason jars.

๐Ÿ’ The set of sticks starts in one jar. Pull one every 1/2 hour or hour during the day and you will have completed 8-20 exercises!

๐Ÿ’ You can also pull them all at once and get a quick 20-30 min workout in anywhere. Take them to the office to stay active throughout the day.
