Baked Tilapia with Lemon Dill sauce 🍋
This was such a quick and easy meal to make! I served it with peas.

Whole grain Panko
Brown Rice Flour
Fat Free plain Greek Yogurt
Combine panko and brown rice flour with garlic and onion powders. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add pepper to taste on tilapia. Dip tilapia in egg and then in panko mixture. Broil for 5 min on each side.
Combine yogurt, Dill, and lemon juice to taste. Zest Lemon and add to sauce. Serve over fish.
