Ingredients:
-3 Roasted red peppers (you can roast them in the oven yourself or use canned – fresh is better!)

-1 tsp Garlic, minced

-1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– pinch Salt

– pinch Black pepper

-1/2tsp Hot sauce (or to taste)

Directions:

+If roasting the peppers, preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Cut peppers in half, de seed, and place uncovered on a non stick oven safe dish.  Bake for 15-20 min until lightly charred.

+Combine roasted red peppers and all ingredients besides hot sauce in a blender.

+Puree until smooth.

+In a small pot, simmer sauce on the stove at medium-high heat for 10 min until sauce thickens and garlic cooks through.
+Add hot sauce to taste (it’s even good without it)
+Enjoy on baked chicken or whatever you like!

-Here is the sauce with crockpot chicken, steamed broccoli, and Baked & Seasoned Fries w/Avocado Oil:
