Kale is packed with protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, and K, folate, a B vitamin that’s key for brain development, and finally alpha-linolenic acid, (omega-3).

-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Optional: garlic, parmasean, onion powder, chipotle chili powder
-Wash the kale leaves and dry thoroughly.
-Tear the leaves into big pieces (leaving the large middle stem behind)
-Rub a tiny bit of olive oil on both sides of each leaf with your fingers
-Sprinkle with a little sea salt, but not too much since they shrink
-Bake at 275 Degrees for about 20 min or until completely crunchy!
